Journalism graduate wins National TV award

A Journalism student from the University of Lincoln, who travelled to Tunisia one year after the Arab Spring to make a documentary, has won a Royal Television Society Award for her work. At the RTS Midlands Centre Awards 2012, Besma Ayari was named the winner of the Best Factual category of the student awards section.

Class of 2012 - splendid graduation, fantastic prospects

Three thousand students were joined by a few famous faces as they graduated from the University of Lincoln in a series of ceremonies at Lincoln Cathedral. These new graduates can look forward to excellent career prospects, with the latest figures showing that 92 per cent of Lincoln graduates will be in work or further study after six months.
